Namastey ,I am Anubha 33 yrs old from India. I am beyond happy to share my experience with Anand Sir, which has been deeply transformative and life-altering in ways I never thought possible. He has a unique ability to see beyond the surface, understanding not just what we say but the unspoken emotions and experiences that shape who we are. I’ve come to realize how many of us, especially in our youth, carry unhealed wounds from childhood—whether they stem from trauma, painful memories, or other unresolved issues. These burdens stay with us, subtly influencing our decisions, relationships, and overall well-being.

Anand’s has an extraordinary ability to get to the heart of the challenges you’re facing and his encouragement and presence have been instrumental in my healing journey. He has inspired me to reconnect with important relationships in my life and to lean into my creativity and passions more intentionally. His calm and understanding demeanor creates a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and completely at ease—always as if you’re speaking with an old friend who deeply understands you.

This is Seethamadhuri (parent of Anirudh who suffered from APML cancer last year) , happy to share my happiness and gratitude towards Anand sir for helping my son with healing words, doing Hypnotherapy by motivating him with positive affirmations, meditation and blessings along with chemotherapy and regular medication with which he recovered from cancer and all the ailments. Now he is back to his normal college life.
